Sandpiper – Sand, Seaweed, Sea

I had a lot of fun making this little friend. I’ve been working on capturing what light looks like on the waves. It’s taking some trial and error, but I’m pleased with how it turned out.

This is also the first time I’ve played with textured paper, which I used for the seaweed.

I may have gotten lost in the sauce on what color sandpipers typically are, but this little friend brings me joy nonetheless.
